 NAFTA Motor Freight expands to suit customer's needs

NAFTA Motor Freight, who recently opened a sales office located at the Logistics Center in the Sharyland Business Park, is one of the largest local
and most respected freight companies specializing in the maquiladora industry.
The company has offices strategically located along the border in McAllen,
Brownsville and Laredo. Additional offices are located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico.
"We make it happen," said NAFTA's David Garza, who oversees marketing
and Mexican operations for a growing fleet of 162 late-model trucks and over 500 trailers.
"We know how important the 'just in time' inventory and product shipment schedules are to the industry as a whole," he said.
The company's highly streamlined operation assures maquiladora managers that the incoming supply and outgoing inventory are handled as smoothly as their own assembly lines.
With the use of the 'Highwaymaster' tracking system, NAFTA Motor Freight is able to utilize global positioning satellite.
"Within a few moments, we can get current position and delivery times from
every single truck in our fleet," Garza said. "Since it includes full two-way communications at any moment, we have the ability to make changes in schedules as required by our customers."
